I led the product design of a national-scale ecosystem that allows citizens to access financial products remotely. This showcase highlights the UI patterns and visual language that made these complex processes accessible across Web and Mobile.
Web experience
Trust-based entry
A transparent login flow focused on eliminating redundancy. The interface prioritizes clarity to reduce drop-off rates during the critical first step of identity verification.
Actionable dashboard
A unified view for managing the lifecycle of requests. Users can track status updates ("Requires Action") and execute tasks—like uploading documents or joining video calls—directly within the flow.
Certified digital vault
Documents are categorized by source (Personal vs. Bank-issued) for quick retrieval. The layout emphasizes access control and the legal status of each file.
Context recovery
A timeline of recent events helps users instantly regain context upon return, aggregating request updates and system notifications in one feed.
Privacy Controls
A dedicated area for managing sensitive data permissions and visibility, giving users full control over how the service interacts with their digital identity.
Mobile experience
Native continuity
The mobile app mirrors the web functionality but is optimized for on-the-go workflows using native iOS/Android patterns.
Biometric security
Frictionless onboarding leveraging FaceID/TouchID for secure, password-less entry.
Task-oriented feed
The mobile interface prioritizes immediate actions, allowing users to check statuses and respond to bank requests with one tap.
Portable wallet
Instant access to certified documents. The layout is optimized for quick sharing and visual verification in physical scenarios.
Integrated verification
Identity confirmation via AI-powered liveness checks or live video calls—seamlessly integrated into the mobile flow to eliminate branch visits.

Essential controls for notifications and digital signature management adapted for smaller screens.
Operator tool
Operator workspace
Split-context layout designed for high-volume processing. Separates "Client History" (Context) from "Active Tasks" (Action), allowing operators to verify documents rapidly without losing focus.
My contribution
I led the end-to-end UX/UI for the entire ecosystem, including the Design System architecture, Visual Language definition, and Responsive layouts. I worked in a lean squad, bridging the gap between complex legal constraints and user-friendly patterns.

Although branding was outside the initial scope, I facilitated the visual identity process. I also designed a human-centered illustration system to counter the "dryness" of bureaucratic processes, making the product feel welcoming for non-tech-savvy users.
